TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you agree to all terms and conditions on this website. Failure to comply with one or several clauses may result in permanent blacklisting. If you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact me.

GENERAL TERMS

Commissions will be done in my own style only. I will not make something completely different from my shown styles. If you are interested in a particular style previously made by myself, please let me know.

I maintain the right to reject any commission.

Please inform me of any deadlines you may have.

PAYMENT
-
Payments accepted through a digital payment service [ Japanese yen or Euros only ]. Invoices will be sent to your provided email address.

Prices are subject to change based on complexity.
-
Rushed orders will incur 50% of the commission price and your commission is moved to the top of the queue.

Prices are non-negotiable and non refundable.
-
100% payment is due after the initial sketch, BEFORE the final product. Lack of payment will result in suspended and terminated commissions.

Please do not send me payments before I have agreed to work with you.

PROCESS + DELIVERY
-
Final versions of commissions/projects will commence after full payment.

Commission completion time varies depending on health, complexity of commissioned piece, and other work factors.

Open communication is key to progressing with a successful commission.

A WeTransfer link to your final commission [ full resolution digital file ] will be sent to your provided email. Art commissions will be sent at 300 DPI.

REVISIONS
-
The first sketch revision will be sent to you with drafts/mockups, and a final rough coloured sketch for colour revisions. You shall decide which ones we should continue with. Further revisions after the first two may be charged extra.

Be as clear as possible with your commission descriptions as to not render extra revisions.

your commission and/or project.

COPYRIGHT +
TERMS OF USE
I, LlesiSea ;
Reserve all copyrights over the commissioned work.
Reserve the rights to cancel and refund the order at any time.
Reserve the Intellectual Property (IP) of the commissioned work.
Will not profit further from the commissioned work unless
the customer breaks any of the terms.
Reserve the right to post commissioned work online, in my
portfolio, as well as any publications [ such as art books ].
You, the customer/commissioner ;
May upload commissioned pieces on previously agreed upon social platforms [ e.g. your icon ] AND MUST credit me, the artist, properly.
May NOT make profits from commissioned pieces [ reselling,
redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make
merchandise, etc], unless agreed upon with a purchased
commercial license.
May NOT alter the commission without my, the artist's,
consent.
May NOT claim authorship to artwork/commissions.
May NOT use a commissioned piece for commercial purposes
without a license.
The following is considered copyright infringement ;
Reproducing and/or using the copyrighted artwork
commercially [ meaning making monetary profit from the
commission in any way not excluded from these terms ].
Claiming the commission as your own
Altering the commission without my consent [ example tracing ]

CANCELLATIONS + REFUNDS

The buyer is not allowed a refund once the commission has been started and in progress.

You, the buyer/commissioner, will receive a full refund if I, the artist, am for any reason unable to start or continue with the commission.

Refunds will be transferred to your PayPal account respectively. Please do not request a PayPal chargeback.

If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece. I will have full rights to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

COMMERCIAL
FEE

Prices for securing a commercial license are as follows;
※ Double of the Original Price
for artwork / commissions NOT as the main focus for the
product [ ex: video adverts, etc ].
※ Triple of the Original Price
for artwork / commissions used as the main focus for the
product [ ex: stickers/stamps, apparel, posters, logos, etc ] -
Licensed commissions or artwork may be used only as
agreed. However, licensed commissions or artwork may be
used for personal use [ such as profile pictures with proper
credit ].

PRIVACY POLICY

I, LlesiSea, am committed to protecting the privacy of, you, the customer. All information you provide with permission is kept strictly confidential. Personal Information, such as your email address, business/client name, and country location is used for;
1. Contacting throughout a commission and/or project
2. Being able to send the final project and newsletters
3. Filling out invoices (for completed commissions and/or project) -
By using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years or older.
